Buzz: The strategic plan and budget I wrote to increase “green” visibility at UMass Amherst was so persuasive that the chancellor allocated $400K to create a new sustainability communications position, as well as branding and a new website. Due in large part to my strategic efforts around visibility, the campus now has a national reputation as a leader in sustainability.
